Developer Overloud Audio Tools has released Rafa Sardina Spaces Free, a free REmatrix library.
REmatrix Player is a free IR loader, available in AU, VST, AAX, and Standalone formats for macOS and Windows.
I have to say, this latest release is very interesting because Rafa Sardina is a bit of a magician.
Rafa Sardina is a recording/mixing engineer and producer with a résumé that very few can match.
Rafa has worked with the biggest and best artists across multiple genres, like pop, rock, r&b, and jazz.
His credits include Stevie Wonder, Harry Connick Jr., Lady Gaga, Dr Dre, and Michael Jackson.
He also worked on one of my favorite songs, Really Love from D’Angelo’s Black Messiah album.
His efforts have earned him more Grammy Awards than his shelf can hold (I think it’s five regular Grammys and fourteen Latin Grammys), and countless nominations.
Now, Overloud Audio Tools is bringing us some of Rafa’s tried and tested reverb chains for free.
Overloud sampled Rafa’s reverb chains at Afterhours Studios, which is a treasure trove of vintage and high-end gear.
One of the main attractions at Afterhours Studios is the EMI Abbey Road console, which Rafa runs his rack reverbs through to create his unique effect.
The studio is also home to some of the most sought-after outboard gear ever made, and we get a taste of that with this free collection.
Rafa Sardina Spaces FREE includes ten IRs and ten presets taken from the full version of Rafa Sardina Spaces.

Rafa Sardina Spaces has been around for a few years, and you can pick it up for €39 from Overloud Audio Tools, but this free version is a very welcome addition.
