HISS and a ROAR has introduced a new sound library featuring a collection of 310 sounds created with a dremel.
The Dremel brand has been around for many decades. They make small handheld rotary electric tools which can drive many types of tools for cutting, grinding, polishing etc….
The model I have can switch speeds from 2,000 to 10,000rpm and I’ve spent the last few weeks trying it on different objects & with different techniques, including finding something akin to exponential variations, which made me think of scifi vehicle sounds…
The Rotary Tool library is on sale for the intro price of $66 USD until July 20th, 2025 (regular $99 USD). Other recent libraries include Dental Tools, Giant Balloons, and Air Tools.
