Audio Plugin Deals has launched the June Mega Bundle, a $9.99 collection of virtual instruments, sound libraries, and cinematic assets.
The June Mega Bundle is listed at $9.99 throughout June, down from a combined claimed value of $626.
I think this kind of bundle is fun if you want to experiment with new sound sources. To be completely honest, nothing here is groundbreaking, but it is nice to get this amount of sounds for ten bucks, especially if you are still building your studio.
The bundle includes Tracktion RetroMod LoFreq Modern, Zero-G Formation, Muze Kinetic and Mirage Complete, Ghosthack Shockwave SFX Bundle, and Ueberschall Acoustic Guitar Ballads 1 and 2.
RetroMod LoFreq Modern is the only synth instrument in the pack. It focuses on sampled hardware synth sounds, covering basses, pads, and leads, with filters and effects for shaping the patches further.
Zero-G Formation is aimed at jungle and drum and bass production. It includes breakbeats, basslines, and atmospheric synth textures, but please keep in mind that it requires the full version of Kontakt 5.5.14 or later, so it is not for Kontakt Player users.

The Muze portion combines Kinetic and Mirage Complete. Kinetic covers techno-oriented synth sequences and layered textures, while Mirage Complete adds piano-based sounds and atmospheres. Same as the above, though, both require the full retail version of Kontakt 5.8 or higher.
Ghosthack Shockwave SFX Bundle is the most straightforward one because it is a simple WAV sound effects library. It combines three volumes of cinematic sounds, including impacts, sub booms, risers, and glitch elements for electronic music, trailers, and game audio.
Ueberschall Acoustic Guitar Ballads 1 and 2 adds something more organic to the bundle. It includes 6-string and 12-string acoustic guitar loops arranged as construction kits, and it runs in the free Elastik Player.
The mix is a bit all over the place, but that is also the point with these low-cost mega bundles. You might not need every product, but for me, there is enough variety here to justify a quick look if you want extra synth tones, Kontakt libraries, cinematic effects, and acoustic guitar loops in one download.
The format situation is pretty mixed, though.
RetroMod LoFreq Modern runs as VST, AU, and AAX on macOS and Windows. Formation, Kinetic, and Mirage require the full version of Kontakt. Shockwave is a WAV library, and Acoustic Guitar Ballads runs in the free Elastik Player, which is available as standalone, VST, VST3, AU, and AAX for macOS and Windows.
