Trick Daddy has age restrictions when it comes to dating.
In a conversation with Nene Leakes, the 51-year-old rapper revealed that he’s typically not attracted to women over 35, though he did concede that he finds Leakes and “one or two other women” over that age to be appealing.
“Y’all standards are too high,” Trick explained at the 25:25 minute mark of the video below. “Y’all are too emotional. Y’all are damaged goods from past relationships.”
When Leakes objected and said she isn’t damaged, he responded, “You don’t even realize you’re damaged, you see, because you’re not supposed to sit here in front of me giving attention to your ex n***a.”
Trick then made a semi-nonsensical comparison to the game tic-tac-toe.
“If you ever play tic-tac-toe…wherever I write a X at, you can’t put a O in that same box. So forget about that n***a.”
Trick went on to describe some of his sexual proclivities, again making the point of why he doesn’t date anyone over 35. “I’m the CEO, president of eat-a-booty gang. I like my nipples sucked, all that.”
“Wow! I can’t do all that,” Leakes responded.
“You don’t have to—there’s somebody to do it,” he said. “That’s the problem with older women. Y’all have standards and guidelines. Y’all need to lower your standards and open up your guidelines.”
Trick Daddy married Joy Young in 2003, and the former couple were together for almost two decades before she filed for divorce in 2022. In 2023, she told the We in Miami Podcast that she divorced him because she was “sick and tired of being sick and tired.”
