Nigerian singer and Grammy-winning singer Tems has fired back to online trolls that have something to say about her body.
Tems is sick of you all.
Tems and Twitter (we not calling that mf X for nada!) collided after one user attempted to dissect the Nigerian superstar’s body. She had to go crazy on them fir a second and she’s gone viral for her statement.
This all began she somebody on Twitter (not X) said “Real one knows she just have big laps not actual ass.” WHAT? This dummy is not a real one. He or she or they is a dumb one! That unsolicited comment was the spark Tems that caused Tems to let loose!
“Okay 7 years in. It’s time to pack it up. I never thought I’d need to say it but you are all weird. ‘It’s small, it’s flat, it’s fat.’ Dog ITS MINE. ‘Show us your bumbum’ lol so me too I will turn and say ‘see’ Nah show ME yours first?? See how that feels? It’s just a body I will add and lose weight. I never once hid my body, I just didn’t feel the need to prove or disprove anyone. The more you don’t like my body the better for me actually,” Tems posted.
Okay 7 years in. It’s time to pack it up.

She ended with: “But it’s enough now. Move on from my bum.”
I have never once thought Tems was anything, but perfect. And it seems a lot of people agree. There was an outpouring of love online. Fans and other artists gave her some flowers for being generally dope. I am annoyed by people, but the internet seems to be a haven for the most bum-ass activity.
Tems’ manager, Muniwa Awoniyi, weighed in too: “No single sense do they have on this app. Not even half a sense.”
This isn’t the first time Tems has spoken up about her body image and beauty as a Black woman. In a recent sit-down with Cocoa Butter in Atlanta, she shared how proud she is of her natural shape and expressed appreciation for being curvy.
“I love being curvy. I love that I have a little booty, you know what I’m saying?” Tems said. She also highlighted the beauty of Black women’s bodies and noted that she wears what feels right to her—not to meet anyone else’s expectations.
At 29, Tems has carved out a lane of her own and we love her for a number of reasons, not just music. I’m bout to slap a troll!
