Plugin Boutique has launched an exclusive Roland Manufacturer Focus Sale, with discounts of up to 80% across the Roland Cloud plugin catalog. The sale runs from today through May 31, 2026.
Two deals stand out the most for me. The JUNO-106 is down to $49 (75% off the usual $199), and the TR-808 is also $49 (67% off, normally $149).
JUNO-106
The JUNO-106 plugin is Roland’s official software version of the 1984 polysynth, built on the company’s Analog Circuit Behavior modeling.
The original was (at the time) an affordable poly with a single DCO, a fat sub-oscillator, a characterful VCF, and that legendary swirling chorus, and the plugin recreates all of it (including the price, now that it’s on sale).
It also adds a few sensible modern touches like velocity sensitivity, an extended oscillator range, a second envelope, an onboard arpeggiator, and tempo-synced LFO, arp, and effects.
The Circuit Mod macro sweeps through the kind of internal trims that gave aging hardware its character, and the Condition parameter ages the synth further if you want a road-worn feel.
I love how the chorus has both original modes plus extra options. Always been a fan of the JUNO chorus. You’re also getting a reverb, delay, flanger, and overdrive.
PLUG-OUT support lets you turn a SYSTEM-8 into a standalone JUNO-106 if you own one.
TR-808

The TR-808 plugin uses the same ACB approach for the most famous drum machine ever made. Roland recreated the analog circuits behind the kick, snare, hats, cowbell (more cowbell circuits!), and rim shot, then added per-instrument tuning, decay, and internal overdrive.
The step sequencer gets dedicated lanes for each sound, eight pattern variations, adjustable flams, sub-steps, soft hits, and per-instrument shuffle and last-step settings.
You can drag audio or MIDI patterns straight into your DAW, and the plugin integrates with the TR-8S and TR-08 hardware.
Roland Sale
The rest of the lineup is worth a look, too.
The TB-303, TR-909, and D-50 are also down to $49 each (67% off), the JUPITER-8 and JV-1080 are 50% off, and the SH-101 and SH-2 drop to $49 (50% off).
Bundles like the Analog Polysynth Collection, Digital Polysynth Collection, and Drum Machine Collection are sitting at $199 (60% off). On the effects side, the RE-201 Space Echo, JC-120 Jazz Chorus, and JUNO-60 Chorus are all discounted, with the SRX virtual instrument series and the CR-78 Rhythm Composer also included in the sale.
The Roland plugins run on Windows 10/11 and macOS 11 or later in VST3, AU, and AAX formats, and require an internet connection for Roland Cloud installation and activation.
