Changes in RapidComposer v5.5.5
- Receive MIDI Machine Control: RapidComposer can now be controlled from external MIDI devices or DAWs.
- Set the SMPTE timecode frame rate when sending MIDI Machine Control.
- Much improved Adaptive Harmonization: better chord rules, less complex chords found, separate logic for melodic and harmonic minor scales.
- Fixed chords playback in the Melody Editor (timing was incorrect).
- Fixed automatic flat/sharp display for church modes.
- Fixed audio playback clicks when looping or starting/stopping playback.
- Fixed stability issues when entering different editing modes.
The update is free for all RapidComposer 5 owners. New customers can purchase for software for Windows and Mac for $199 USD or $79 USD for the Light Edition.
