Harry Styles is a man of many talents, and now he’s stepping into the sex toy space with his own range of pleasure products.
As reported by WWD, the singer’s beauty brand, Pleasing, will expand its offerings with a small collection of sexual wellness products. The range, aptly titled “Pleasing Yourself,” includes a “high-performance” silicone lubricant and a double-sided vibrator with seven speeds. The latter was designed in partnership with Zoë Ligon, a sex educator, artist and self-proclaimed “dildo duchess.”
“I love this wand because its rumbling motors are powerful and deep, yet it’s compact enough to use easily with a partner or alongside other toys,” Ligon said of the double-sided vibrator in a statement on the Pleasing website.
“Plus, it’s just dang cute! The button controls are simple to maneuver with one hand, and you can press and hold them to steadily increase the intensity until you let go. This is a great toy for both those new to sex toys and experienced users alike; it’s versatile, offers many ways to play, and the silky silicone makes it easy to clean and care for.”
The Pleasing Yourself collection will be available from Friday (July 25) at Pleasing.com. The vibrator and FDA-approved lubricant are priced at $68 and $25, respectively.
In support of the launch, Pleasing will open a three-day pop-up shop in New York City. The “first-of-its-kind Pleasing experience” will kick off at 11 a.m. ET on Friday. The first 100 visitors on each day will get a “mystery gift.” All visitors must be 18 or older.
“The idea of Pleasing Yourself is at the heart of the Pleasing brand and a part of our ethos from the very beginning,” Pleasing creative director Harry Lambert said in a press release. “When we launched, our community immediately engaged with the joy our products brought, from packaging to experience. This next step in the Pleasing world felt like such a natural progression, especially as something our community has been asking for from the get-go.”
Pleasing also announced its partnership with Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). The brand enlisted the organization to provide clarity and accuracy on the Pleasing Yourself product instructions. They also teamed up on a series of sex education videos and limited-edition condoms with the tagline,
“I’m for Planned Parenthood.”
