DDG wants a judge to stop Haile Bailey from traveling out of the country with their son, 18-month-old Halo.
According to TMZ, the rapper and streamer filed an emergency motion to prevent his ex-girlfriend from taking Halo to Italy while she films an upcoming project. DDG, real name Darryl Granberry Jr., insists Bailey poses an “imminent emotional and psychological risk,” although the actress-singer planned to fly with Halo to Italy on Saturday.
In accusing Bailey of being mentally unfit to care for their child, DDG alleges that while she was pregnant, Bailey once took a gun from his house without his consent. Upon finding The Little Mermaid star outside, she was holding the weapon. DDG also accused Bailey of seeking an abortion without notifying him before deciding against it. In another alleged incident, Bailey was said to have sent “a series of alarming text messages threatening to kill herself and suggesting that their infant son, Halo, might also be harmed.”

The motion comes just weeks after Bailey was granted temporary custody of Halo, which ended on June 4, after alleging that DDG was physically and emotionally abusive. Bailey accused DDG of attacking her on multiple occasions, with one fight occurring around their child, when DDG allegedly slammed Bailey’s head against his car steering wheel and chipped her tooth.
DDG denied the allegations and claimed that Bailey injured herself after attempting to punch him.
The streamer previously accused Bailey of disallowing him access to Halo, even releasing a song titled “Don’t Take My Son.”
