Beat has announced the release of a unique collection of sonic textures born from the innovative minds at Erica Synths. Nocturna contains a curated selection of 66 impulse responses, capturing the distinctive character of the Echolocator and Nightverb effects units.
Whether you’re crafting ethereal soundscapes, adding depth to instruments, or exploring experimental sound design, NOCTURNA provides a rich palette of nocturnal atmospheres and non-existent echoes.
The sound of both units is always in motion: The echoes and verbs sometimes get louder or quieter, rebuild themselves with sudden noise, only to disappear again with a deep rumble. The shimmer effects add crystalline tinkling to beats or octave shifts to your synth lines, which get lost in endless feedback and create walls of sound.
