Total VI Max 2 is a comprehensive collection of IK Multimedia’s virtual instruments, both old and new. You can now get it for 95% off at Plugin Boutique for a limited time!
The collection usually sells for $1499.99 at Plugin Boutique, but you can buy it for $69.99 until March 1, 2026.
- SampleTank 4 Max
- Miroslav Philharmonik 2
- Pianoverse Max
- Modo Bass 2
- Modo Drum 1.5
- Hammond B-3X
This offer would be an absolute no-brainer if it weren’t for the fact that so many of us took everything off the shelves during IK Multimedia’s last Group Buy promotion.
But, if you missed the Group Buy or if you didn’t take many instruments, it’s worth picking them up here.
You’ll also get Minimal Audio’s Cluster Delay, Thenatan Audio’s Tawus, Melodyne 5 Essential, or Audiomodern’s Riffer free with your purchase.
Spending almost $1.5k on any collection is a lot to ask for a bedroom producer, but the good thing about these huge discounts is that we don’t need to worry if the original price is fair value or not.
Whatever way you look at it, getting these instruments for $69.99 is a steal.
SampleTank 4 is dated, I know, but there’s still useful stuff in there.
We could say the same about Miroslav Philharmonik 2, but although orchestral libraries have come a long way (even the free ones), this library has a distinct sound that still appeals to many.
I think the two instruments above still have some value, but even if you’re not convinced, the remaining instruments alone are a bargain at twice the price.
Modo Bass and Modo Drum have been around for a little while now, and I really like them.
But, with no big surprise, Pianoverse Max and Hammond B-3X are my favorites.
I’ve had IK Multimedia’s Hammond for years, and it’s still my favorite B3; they nailed the organ’s character and behaviour.
I know some people were put off by the size of Pianoverse, but if you have a drive you can throw the pianos on, it’s well worth owning. Initially, I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about having so many abstract piano sounds, but that’s what makes Pianoverse great.
You have genuinely lovely concert pianos, and then you have these weird and wonderful spaces that transform sounds into something entirely different.
If you didn’t get these instruments in the Group Buy, check them out.
