Diddy’s legal team shot down new allegations in a civil lawsuit that claims a man was hit with semen after the mogul masturbated onto a shirt of the Notorious B.I.G. and threw it at him.
The lawsuit was filed on Monday (July 7) in Los Angeles by an anonymous plaintiff identified as John Doe, and the person is accusing Diddy of sexually deviant behavior. In the lawsuit, Doe alleged that in 2020, Diddy masturbated into a Biggie shirt and threw it at the man, causing semen to land on his lap and arm.
In a statement to TMZ, Diddy’s attorneys denounced the latest lawsuit and used the verdict in his sex trafficking and racketeering trial to assert Diddy never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.

“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges prove what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,” Diddy’s legal team said in the statement. “That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
The plaintiff claims the incident took place in an L.A. warehouse that housed Biggie’s belongings during a drug-fueled episode initiated by Diddy. John Doe also alleges that Diddy pressured him to take ketamine during a listening session, exposed himself, and ordered the man to perform oral sex. The person is seeking damages for sexual battery and emotional distress.
While the federal trial cleared Diddy of the most serious charges, he was convicted on lesser counts related to prostitution. Diddy is currently in prison awaiting sentencing after Jude Arun Subramanian ruled he would not be released on $1 million bond.
