FeelYourSound has released a MIDI generator plugin which automatically turns any chord progression into new arpeggios, basslines, and complex piano phrases.
Suitable for all genres, ChordConverter comes with over 400 ready-to-use factory presets and over 30 chord progression generators, and users can create their own presets as well.
ChordConverter works as follow:
- Load ChordConverter on a track of your DAW.
- Open the plugin and import your MIDI chord progression, or let ChordConverter generate a chord progression for you.
- Select a preset from the large list of results, then press play in your DAW for a preview.
- Drag and drop the MIDI field of the preset of your choice to your DAW to copy the MIDI data to your DAW.
ChordConverter for Windows and Mac (VST/VST3 and AU) is available in three editions: Standard (49 EUR / $52 USD), Plus (89 EUR / $95 USD), and Pro (299 EUR / $319 USD).
Both the Plus and Pro versions include a MIDI mass-exporter, allowing you to export hundreds of files within seconds. If you plan to distribute MIDI files based on FeelYourSound presets — such as creating a commercial or free MIDI pack using those presets — you’ll need a ChordConverter Pro license. In all other aspects, the three versions are the same.
