Diddy accuser “Jane” admitted under oath she arranged outfits and pills for group sex encounters during Wednesday’s cross-examination in federal court.
Diddy faced a pivotal moment Tuesday (June 11) in his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial as his defense attorney Teny Geragos pressed one of his accusers, known only as “Jane,” into acknowledging that she willingly engaged in multiple sexually charged encounters.
“Jane” admitted she helped orchestrate group sex sessions for Diddy known as “hotel nights and “freak-offs.”
During the tense cross-examination in federal court, Geragos walked Jane through a series of text messages and past interactions that painted a more complicated picture of her relationship with the Hip-Hop mogul.
At one point, Jane admitted she arranged outfits and even purchased enhancement pills, known as Rhino pill, to help male participants maintain erections during the encounters.
Jane testified that she disliked the shorts worn by the male entertainers, so she brought alternatives.
She also said she began supplying pills because “it was not so fun to wait for them to be e####.”
Geragos highlighted that Jane had a choice in selecting the men involved and that she often followed through with Combs’ requests.
She confirmed that she once gave a thumbs-up to an online profile of an Italian male entertainer Combs wanted to hire, though she claimed the gesture was sarcastic.
The defense also pointed to messages where Jane appeared to initiate or agree to the encounters.
In one exchange, she asked Combs to send her a personal video. In another, she acknowledged that he gave her a choice between two men and she selected one.
Jane admitted that Combs paid for her birthday dinner and gave her a necklace as a gift.
The defense also revisited a “sobriety party” Jane previously described, where she claimed she tried to avoid using drugs. When asked if she agreed to the night, she responded, “Unfortunately, yes.”
Jane’s emotional state became visible when Geragos read a message she sent to Combs saying, “You make my child so happy, I love you.” She sobbed on the stand but confirmed she remembered sending the message.
Jane said she initially resisted traveling to New York for one of the encounters but changed her mind after Combs convinced her there wouldn’t be a “hotel night.”
While she was mid-flight, he sent her a link to an entertainer’s profile.
The trial continues this week in federal court, with testimony expected to run through the end of June.
