An ex-girlfriend of Diddy’s, who is remaining anonymous and being identified as Jane Doe, testified in his sex trafficking and racketeering trial that she fainted when she read Cassie’s lawsuit against the disgraced music mogul because it “resembled” her own experience with him.
Per Complex’s Shawn Setaro, Doe testified last week that she thinks she passed out when she read the lawsuit Cassie filed against Diddy in November 2023.
“I almost fainted,” she said. “In fact, I think I did. Because there was three specific pages that was just a harrowing resemblance to what I was experiencing.”
She said that the lawsuit so closely mirrored her own experience that she was left feeling “bewildered” and “in shock.” She added that in the days after the lawsuit was filed, she couldn’t sleep.
“Felt like a nightmare,” she said. “I just reacted, like, ‘I can’t believe I’m reading my whole story.'”
Doe, who has been described as a social media content creator who had an on-again-off-again relationship with Diddy from 2021 to 2024, said she texted him about the lawsuit to let her know how she felt about it.
“I’ve been crying for three days,” she said in a 2023 text to Diddy, noting that it felt as though she was reading about her own “sexual traumas” in her relationship with the Bad Boy Records founder.
During her testimony in the trial, Doe told Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey that she promised Diddy a night where he could watch her with three other men at a hotel.
She said that she experienced frequent UTIs and nipple infections as a result of Diddy’s “hotel nights.” She also said that she experienced a “feeling of obligation” to have sex with escorts while dating Diddy because he was—and still is—paying her rent.
