At pointblank music school, we’re passionate about connecting our students with the very best in the audio industry. That’s why we were delighted to host an exclusive Radio & Audio masterclass with acclaimed actress, writer and producer Tracy-Ann Oberman MBE on February 19 at 18:00 GMT, at our London campus. The event focuses on helping aspiring talent build a career in audio performance.
Best known to many as Chrissie Watts in EastEnders, Tracy-Ann is also one of the UK’s most distinctive and in-demand voices. A long-standing narrator for the BBC and a familiar presence on BBC Radio 4, she has starred in and written a wide range of acclaimed radio dramas and comedies, including Bette & Joan & Baby Jane, Rock and Doris, and Elizabeth, Mrs Robinson, I Presume.
Drawing on her extensive experience across stage, screen and radio, Tracy-Ann will share how to monetise your vocal talent and break into radio drama, animation, narration and interactive gaming. You will gain an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the audio industry, with practical guidance on building characters, developing a sustainable career and finding new creative opportunities in audio storytelling.
