Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura took the stand in Diddy‘s federal sex trafficking trial on Tuesday (May 13).
The singer and model, who dated the Bad Boy Entertainment founder from 2007 to 2018, testified about her participation in alleged “freak-offs” orchestrated by Diddy. Prosecutors alleged that Diddy recorded sex acts between those who were trafficked and that some sessions lasted for days with copious amounts of drugs and baby oil being used. Some participants are said to have recovered by using IV drips.
In her testimony, Ventura corroborated the accusations and said that the freak-offs “became a job,” according to courtroom reporter Matthew Russell Lee, known on social media as Inner City Press.
“There was no time to do anything else but do them then try to recover,” Ventura reportedly said in court.

The vocalist added that the longest sessions lasted four days and that the strenuous sex acts took up “significant periods of time.”
Earlier in the testimony, Ventura recounted Diddy being angered if told “no” regarding his freak-off demands, and that she grew concerned that he had “blackmail materials.”
Ventura began dating Diddy when she was 19 years old, at the time of her signing to Bad Boy, although their relationship was non-monogamous. Ventura filed a shocking complaint against Diddy in November 2023, accusing the music mogul of raping and sexually assaulting her during their relationship. The next day, the lawsuit was resolved.
