Blueface has just released new photos from prison, with the Internet noting that the rapper appears to have gotten a series of new tattoos.
The photos show a broader, more muscular physique. But as Hollywood Unlocked‘s Instagram account revealed on Saturday, July 12, the new look also includes new face tattoos that were met with much derision from the rapper’s fans.
“He reminds me of morning breath….. if it had a face you know what I’m saying?” wrote one fan, while another wrote, “So he went in and turned his face into a coloring book? Smh.”
And still another fan pointed out that Blueface’s mother, Karlissa Safford, was most likely reading their comments and getting a savage retort ready. “Lord karlissa about to curse us all out speaking on her sonnnn 😂😂😂😂😂😂but he looks a mess,” the fan wrote.
While Blueface serves out his four-year sentence, his former partner Chrisean Rock continues her ongoing feud with Kehlani, with Rock claiming that the “Beautiful Lies” singer slept with the rapper while she was still in a relationship with him.
Kehlani, for her part, flat-out denied the claims.
Blueface (real name Johnathan Porter) is currently serving a four-year sentence for violating his probation. The VOP stems from a November 2021 assault in a North Hollywood, CA, lounge, for which the “Bleed It” rapper was placed on probation.
In August 2024, Blueface was sentenced to four years in Lancaster State Prison for violating the terms of that probation. While there has been some speculation that he could be released in as few as 10 months due to time served, there has been no confirmation of that release as of this writing.
Before that, he received a suspended sentence in 2022 for a shooting incident outside a Las Vegas strip club, for which he pleaded guilty to assault and battery.
