Bad Bunny won’t be touring the United States to support his sixth album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos.
The Latin pop rapper-singer spoke to Variety about his upcoming No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí hometown residency, which will have thirty dates exclusively in Puerto Rico. Benito simply finds it “unnecessary” to tour the United States this time around and doesn’t plan to have a concert film for those unable to attend, unlike Taylor Swift and Beyoncé.
The artist also pointed out that his U.S. fans have had plenty of opportunities to see him perform nationally, with his 2024 Most Wanted Tour being held across 31 North American cities.
Bad Bunny’s upcoming residency, which begins on July 11, will be held at Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan, just one hour from his hometown of Vega Baja. But his worldwide supporters will be able to see him after, as Bad Bunny’s 56-date stadium tour will begin in November and last until July 2026.

Bad Bunny told Variety that the thought of his residency “was always there.” “But it became difficult to ignore, the more time passed,” he continued. “I’ll admit, it was hard to complete my last tour, because all I wanted to do was move into this chapter.”
On naming his tour, which translates to “I Don’t Want to Leave Here,” Bad Bunny denies living in a “detached reality.”
“It’s not always paradise, but it’s also a place that requires you to exercise enough resistance to say, ‘I don’t want to leave, and no one can make me.’ It’s a phrase that comes from pride, pain and love,” he said.
