Developer Nathaniel Wing’s N-Stereo for macOS, Windows, and Linux is now available for free for a limited time.
Stereo enhancers and effects plugins have been relatively popular in 2026, with multiple freebies coming just in the last few months.
Now, we can add Nathaniel Wing’s N-Stereo to the mix.
N-Stereo has a retail price of $29, but as part of a broader launch promotion, it’s available to download for free.

The plugin is available in AU and VST3 formats for macOS (10.11 or later), Windows (10 or later), and Linux (Ubuntu 22.04 – 24.04 LTS).
N-Stereo offers two analyser displays (Time and Phase) and per-channel delay controls that you can set in ms, sec, samples, meters, or feet.
The frequency knob sets the phase control frequency, and the Q knob shapes the 2nd-order all-pass response when the 2nd-Order button is engaged.
You have an All-Pass In button and a Phase 180 button to reverse the channel polarity, which is a handy way to add depth and width to synth pads or textural sounds that act as a bed for other instruments.
N-Stereo also offers mono summing and comes with a selection of factory presets.
Nathaniel Wing is a mixing engineer, and the plugin branch of his business is brand new. There are five plugins available so far, and as part of the broader launch promotion I mentioned, all other plugins are currently 50% off.
