MeterPlugs has announced the release of a major update to the plugin that is designed to help you discover and tune the dynamics and density of your audio.
Version 2 of Dynameter comes with new display modes and various improvements.
It’s a dynamics meter designed to help you optimize the impact, punch, and power of your audio—no matter the playback system or streaming platform.
Loudness normalization is now standard across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TIDAL, and more. That means loudness isn’t up to you anymore—but dynamics are.
Changes in Dynameter 2
- New display modes: Stereo, Mid / Side and Multiband.
- Peak Aware display: See if your dynamics are limited due to clipping or if your audio is naturally less dynamic.
- PSR Overview histogram: A quick breakdown of your audio’s dynamics.
- Clip indicators: Now visible in the PSR History graph.
- Fully resizable UI.
Dynameter v2.0 for Windows and Mac (VST/VST3, AU and AAX) is available for the introduction price of $59 USD at Plugin Boutique and from the MeterPlugs store until August 15th, 2025 (regular $99 USD). Users of version 1.x can upgrade to Dynameter 2 for $35 USD.
