Sabrina Carpenter revealed the tracklist for her upcoming album, Man’s Best Friend, with the help of lucky fans — and a golden retriever.
Starting on July 23, tracks for the LP have been announced with pictures of lucky fans posing with a golden retriever puppy. Carpenter began with the track “Goodbye” that she wrote in a caption is track 12 of the album. “track #12 is ‘Goodbye’ but mariah is helping us say hello to our tracklist reveal,” wrote Carpenter.
Two days later, Carpenter followed up with a puppy picture featuring the adorable dog and a fan named Nariah to announce the eleventh track. “neriah & a golden = home sweet home. track #11 is ‘House Tour,’” wrote the singer.
Carpenter’s cadence has continued like this, with her even taking to X to amplify the tracks that get posted by fans who are revealing the tracklist. So far (as of this writing), the tracks “Don’t Worry I’ll Make You Happy,” “Go Go Juice,” “When Did You Get Hot?,” and “Never Getting Laid” have been revealed — with, presumably, seven more tracks to go.
Man’s Best Friend is currently scheduled to come out on Aug. 23. The rollout for the LP got off to a rocky start after she announced the LP with a controversial cover. On it, Carpenter kneels down in a dog-like pose in front of a man.

Following the backlash for the cover, Carpenter released a different cover that’s “approved by God.” Instead of her being on all fours, the new cover featured her holding a suited man’s arm.
Carpenter previously commented on the criticism that she’s received for her sexy concert performances, which people have had problems with.
“It’s always so funny to me when people complain,” said Carpenter in a Rolling Stone cover story. “They’re like, ‘All she does is sing about this.’ But those are the songs that you’ve made popular. Clearly you love sex. You’re obsessed with it. It’s in my show. There’s so many more moments than the ‘Juno’ positions, but those are the ones you post every night and comment on. I can’t control that.”
