Dreamtonics has announced an update to its song and vocal production software. Version 2.1.1 of Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro extends the scripting capabilities which allow users to automate tasks and extend functionality of features introduced in version 2.
Users can now create and share JavaScript and Lua scripts to access and modify retakes, pitch control points/curves, detailed vocal mode parameters, track mixer, and even detailed consonant timing and activity parameters.
In addition to scripting enhancements, the update comes with some stability improvements and bug fixes, a new design for loop regions, and the ability to mute and unmute groups.
Dreamtonics has also updated its roster of Synthesizer V voices to version 201, introducing much better quality compared to the version 2 voices released a few months ago.
This update focuses on enhancing the pronunciation and sound quality, becoming available after extensive beta testing sessions where participating users tried out our research prototypes and offered valuable feedback.
v201 beta testers recognized improved pitch accuracy, significantly better cross-lingual pronunciation, and the return of unique vocal timbres that sound closer to the original vocalists.
Existing users can upgrade to the latest voices for free.
