Beyoncé‘s Cowboy Carter Tour got a little wild in London this week when two fans started fighting right in front of the singer.
A TikTok video shows while Bey performed “YA YA” and “Why Don’t You Love Me” with dancers Les Twins at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday night (June 5), a brawl occurred in the pit, with two men swinging on each other.
Although the 35-time Grammy winner didn’t seem to notice the fight, nearby fans did, with the TikTok caption reading: “Imagine fighting in front of Beyoncé, like calm down.”
As expected, the comments were ruthless. “’I got beauty, i got class’ whilst the unclassiest people fight infront of her is sending me [three crying emojis],” one person wrote, while another added: “This would have been a perfect time for her sing ‘they ain’t no divas.‘”
Sadly, the fight isn’t the first to occur on Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour, and for some reason, the pent-up aggression in fans keeps coming out on night one of shows. On the first night of Beyoncé’s Chicago run last month, a fight went down among a group of women while she sang “II Hands II Heaven.”
Fists were also thrown during the inaugural night of the Los Angeles leg of the tour when a group of women were leaving the concert through a VIP section.
In more positive Cowboy Carter Tour news, Beyoncé gave fans a night to remember last month by giving their gender reveal an audience of tens of thousands during the fourth night of her East Rutherford shows at MetLife Stadium.
As seen in fan-shared footage, including a clip posted to Tina Knowles’ Instagram, Beyoncé is seen first noticing a handwritten sign about the then-hopeful gender reveal, at which point she urged the fans to “hold on” until later into the show. “I’ll be back,” she said.
Later, Beyoncé kept her word by tracking down the handwritten sign again and carrying out its wishes, calling this “a once-in-a-lifetime gender reveal” to expectedly uproarious applause.
“I had to take my time,” Beyoncé said as she grabbed and proceeded to open up an envelope, thus revealing the baby is a boy.
