Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Harvey Weinstein reportedly share a mutual rape accuser.
A little over a year after suing Diddy for an alleged drugging and sexual assault in 2003, model Crystal McKinney has filed a lawsuit against Weinstein for allegedly raping her and a friend in the same year. According to TMZ, McKinney claims in the lawsuit filed by her attorney, Michelle Caiola, that Weinstein raped her and a friend at the Ritz-Carlton Battery Park in Manhattan.
The model and Weinstein allegedly intended to meet about “business opportunities,” although McKinney says she was forewarned by a modeling executive that the film producer would demand sex. After McKinney and her friend allegedly met Weinstein at a nightclub, he claimed to have trouble hearing the women and invited them to his hotel room to continue the conversation. It was there that Weinstein allegedly got the women drunk and forced them to have sex with each other before raping them.

Weinstein’s attorney, Imran H. Ansari, has called the allegations about her client “outlandish and fantastical.” “Made late in time and suspiciously on the heels of her complaint against Sean “Diddy” Combs, Mr. Weinstein is ready to refute and defend against the salacious claims, that are believed to have been made with an opportunistic motive,” Ansari told TMZ.
Last year, McKinney accused Diddy of sexually assaulting her in a similar manner, claiming that the music mogul laced a joint she was smoking and forced her into a bathroom where she was sexually assaulted.
Both businessmen are on trial for sex crimes, with accusations against the since-convicted Weinstein kicking off the #MeToo movement in the last decade, as a number of female entertainers accused him of sexual assault and sexual abuse. Diddy’s racketeering conspiracy trial began last month, with multiple testimonies being made about his alleged orchestrating of drug-fueled sex parties and threatening former assistants.
