50 Cent came to the conclusion on Wednesday (May 14) that Sean “Diddy” Combs would have been better off accepting the plea deal offered to him prior to the start of his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial.
“After listening to today’s testimony, I think the diddler should have took the plea offer,” 50 wrote about Combs, whom he referred to as “the diddler,” in an Instagram post. “The shit they are saying is beyond me, so what do ya think?”
According to ABC News, Combs told District Judge Arun Subramanian during the final pre-trial hearing in his case on May 1 that he rejected the prosecutor’s plea deal offer. While the details of the plea deal are unknown, the 55-year-old would have been given a reduced prison sentence. If convicted on all counts, the Bad Boy Records founder faces life behind bars.
Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie testified on Wednesday that she would repeatedly contract urinary tract infections from the alleged “freak-offs,” and turned to opiates afterwards because she “wanted to feel numb.” Cassie recalled these UTIs being “very”” painful, adding antibacterial medications were no longer working.
Cassie also testified that she dealt with “sores” in her mouth due to frequent oral sex.

Combs and his legal team maintain that the alleged sexual encounters were consensual.
Cassie claimed Combs became so angered by her “brief relationship” with Kid Cudi that the disgraced hip-hop mogul threatened to blow up Cudi’s car, and ultimately followed through.
The singer stated Combs wanted Cudi to be home with friends when the explosion occurred.
Cassie claimed Combs found out about their relationship after going through her phone, and finding emails with someone on his team. She alleges Diddy “put a wine opener in his hand,” and “lunged at me” with his “eyes blacked out.”
The singer also said Combs threatened to release “freak-off” videos that involved her.
