Sneako addressed Adin Ross calling out Doechii, seemingly in response to her behavior ahead of this month’s Met Gala.
Earlier this week, Ross went on a livestream and trashed Doechii, calling her an “industry plant” and “entitled,” words that came after video showed her demanding her team cover her while she was en route to the Met Gala. Ross said Doechii wasn’t talented and accused her of stealing Gotye and Kimbra’s 2011 duet “Someone That I Used to Know” to create her viral hit “Anxiety.”
Sneako caught wind of his streaming peer’s comments and responded to them, asking why Ross delivered such an angry tirade. According to Sneako, Doechii is a certified industry plant and “Anxiety” pisses him off, but not to the point he’ll crash out like Ross did.
“The thing is like why is he so mad?” said Sneako. “Like yeah she’s an industry plant and the ‘Anxiety’ song pisses me off it sounds like nails on a chalkboard […] Who is that for? It’s the most obvious industry plant of all time, but like […] is it that important? Is it that bad?”
Sneako also reflected on Doechii calling Ross a “cracker” in response to his initial comments. He explained how funny it was that people are comfortable calling Ross a racial slur but it wouldn’t be iso comical Doechii returned the favor.
“Doechii calls Adin Ross a cracker even though he’s Jewish, it’s ‘Woooo! Go Queen. Yeah, get that cracker!’ They’re snapping, they’re twerking,” he said. “But if Adin Ross said, ‘Shut up n*****…”
Ross actually responded to all the backlash from his comments by defending his stance and claiming he doesn’t tolerate celebrities disrespecting people with regular jobs.
“I don’t care what race or gender you are if you’re disrespectful to a 9 to 5 hard working person it pisses me off,” said Ross. “You’re a multimillionaire getting mad and raging and yelling at 9 to 5 workers, it’s bullshit. It’s wrong, I’m sorry. I’m going to call it out for what it is. Have patience.”
He continued, “All these people want to make it about race its horrible. Stop doing this bullshit. This is the problem with the internet. It just makes it really, really fucked. That’s just how it is.”
