6ix9ine Had MDMA Pills in Bedroom, Prosecutors Claim in C…

Details of the recent police raid on 6ix9ine’s Florida home were revealed today, as the controversial rapper was arraigned Monday on charges stemming from the March raid.

6ix9ine appeared in a Manhattan federal courtroom to plead not guilty to four counts of violating his supervised release, all based on drugs found during the March 12 raid. Prosecutor Jonathan Rebold explained that prior to the raid, police had received a tip from a confidential source that 6ix9ine had MDMA in his house, and kept a revolver in his bedroom.

During the subsequent search, Rebold said that police found three orange MDMA pills and a small baggie with cocaine residue in the rapper’s bedroom. The charges 6ix9ine was arranged on are related to those findings.

Rebold said that cops found more drugs — fentanyl and marijuana — and a Glock 9mm in a poolhouse on the property, where 6ix9ine’s brother was sleeping. The rapper’s brother does have a concealed carry permit, but prosecutors on Monday were unsure if he had a license for the gun that was found. The gun is currently being tested for DNA.

In the probation report outlining 6ix9ine’s alleged violations, there was a sentence that Judge Paul Engelmayer took note of: it was reported that, at 6ix9ine’s house, “MDMA was mixed into alcoholic beverages and served to females.”

This was, prosecutors took pains to point out, an unsubstantiated allegation they had received — there was no evidence to support it. The allegation, Rebold clarified, is not currently being investigated.

“We do not have victims at this time,” he said.

This is not 6ix9ine’s first time having issues with the conditions of his supervised release. In November 2024, Judge Engelmayer sentenced him to 45 days in jail and an additional year of supervised release for failing drug tests and ignoring rules requiring him to get permission to travel. At that time, he was just months away from finishing the original sentence of supervised release he began serving when he was released from prison in April, 2020.

Judge Engelmayer pointed out that the rapper has about half a year left on his current term of supervised release, and still has over 100 hours of community service left to do. 6ix9ine’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, said his client had done 40 hours of service in the last month alone, and was on track to complete his obligation within the next three to four months.

The hearing ended with Judge Engelmayer ordering that no one, 6ix9ine’s brother included, was allowed to have guns or ammunition on the property where the rapper was living, unless there was a court order specifically allowing it.

A hearing is scheduled for May 22 to present evidence around 6ix9ine’s alleged violations. By that time, prosecutors hope, DNA testing on the gun found during the raid will be complete. Lazzaro told Complex that he was hopeful everything would be worked out by then.

“I think we should be able to resolve this,” he said.

In a report from TMZ, 6ix9ine theorized to the publication that the confidential informant is a former friend of his.
