1. Patrick Topping
From DJing at a Newcastle Working Men’s Club in 2009, Patrick Topping has risen to become one of the world’s most sought-after DJs. Currently in his second year as resident at Ibiza’s Hï, which has been voted DJ Mag’s “Number 1 Club in the World,” he’s dominated major festivals including Tomorrowland, Glastonbury, and Coachella for over a decade. His achievements include DJ Mag’s “Best British DJ” (2022) and “Tech House DJ of the Year” (2018). Having studied pointblank’s minimal techno course (which is now available as Music Production & DJ Diploma), Topping enthusiastically endorses it as “mint, like!” showcasing the infectious positivity that defines his career trajectory.
2. Pete Tong
Pete Tong, a titan in the world of dance music, began his influential career as a soul DJ at BBC Radio Medway and Invicta Radio, evolving into one of the genre’s most prominent champions. His name is closely tied to Ibiza, thanks to his legendary “It’s All Gone Pete Tong” brand and long-running residency at Pacha, one of the island’s most famous superclubs. He remains a key player on the island, recently appearing at Camelphat’s Pacha residency. Endorsing pointblank as “World’s Best Music Production and DJ School“, he learned Native Instruments’ Maschine in our London campus.
3. Nicole Moudaber
Nicole Moudaber is a powerhouse DJ, producer, and label owner known for her deep, hypnotic techno sound. After studying DJ at pointblank, she quickly rose to prominence in the global electronic music scene with her distinctive blend of techno and house. Her Ibiza dominance is undeniable, regularly headlining RESISTANCE at Amnesia, one of techno’s most prestigious events. She’s commanded Hï Ibiza’s decks, performed during The Martinez Brothers’ residency, and delivered unforgettable back-to-back performances alongside her mentor Carl Cox.
4. Felix Jaehn
Felix Jaehn burst onto the global music scene with his chart-topping remix of OMI’s “Cheerleader,” which hit #1 in 55 countries and spent six weeks atop the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Known for his bright, melodic blend of tropical and deep house, he is a natural fit for Ibiza’s vibrant daytime parties, making him a regular at the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza, where he appears in lineups alongside superstar DJs like David Guetta. Behind the global hits lies a foundation of dedicated study: at just 17, Jaehn made a life-changing move to London to study at pointblank Music School.
5. Claude Vonstrok
Founder of Dirtybird Records, Claude VonStrok is one of electronic music’s most unique and respected figures. His wonderfully eccentric and unconventional sound has earned him respect and regular bookings at Ibiza’s most credible venues. He has played at the legendary DC10, both as part of Jamie Jones’s esteemed Paradise party and for his own Dirtybird-branded events. More recently, his tour schedule includes dates at both Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa, demonstrating that his unique, funk-infused sound has a welcome home across the full spectrum of the island’s top-tier clubs. VonStrok studied an advanced Ableton course at pointblank to learn to make dubstep, which he testifies as an awesome course where he learned the fundamentals of bass production.
