Justin Bieber “slid” on his new album SWAG, per Travis Scott.
As fans will recall, SWAG, Bieber’s first new album since 2021’s Justice, was recently in a decidedly tight chart race with JACKBOYS 2, the second collaborative release form Scott’s Cactus Jack crew. Ultimately, both projects landed undeniably massive first weeks on the Billboard 200, with JACKBOYS 2 landing at No. 1 with around 232,000 album-equivalent units against SWAG’s 163,000 at No. 2.
In an X update shared Thursday, Scott let the record show that he himself is a fan of Bieber’s widely acclaimed new album. The recent Complex cover star specifically highlighted the track “YUKON,” which finds Marshall Mathers, a.k.a. Eminem, credited as a writer thanks to a certain U-Haul mention in the song’s first verse.
“For the record bro slid,” Scott wrote when sharing a screenshot of him listening to the track on Apple Music.

The road to Bieber’s SWAG chapter, as we previously explored at length here, was an enthralling one. Along the way, Bieber became a father and tapped into a rare vulnerability on social media not typically associated with stars of his stature.
As for Scott, he’s expected to follow the latest Cactus Jack compilation with a new solo album, his first since 2023’s UTOPIA. While a release date hasn’t been announced, he did recently tell Complex’s Eric Skelton that he’s aiming to “bring the ultra experience to the stadiums” with what’s next.
