Fracture Sounds has launched a new library in its Blueprint series of free virtual instrument for Kontakt and the free Kontakt Player.
Textural Viola brings the sounds of a solo viola recorded with close mic. The library features 4 textural articulations and a unique atmosphere layer.
Textural Viola bridges the gap between the original Textural Violin and its follow-up, Textural Cello. Inspired by techniques developed with composer and Trails collaborator Alexander Parsons, this library features two expressive long articulations, a short col legno, and eerie bend effects. These experimental performances are supported by our signature Atmosphere Layer, transforming raw viola recordings into rich, immersive pad.
Together, all three libraries provide a diverse palette of textures designed to add movement, depth, and subtle complexity- perfect for supporting and enhancing other elements within your composition.
The library is free to download from the Fracture Sounds website.
