Taylor Swift has purchased a gargantuan memento from her record-smashing Eras Tour: the inflatable friendship bracelet that graced Caesars Superdome during the singer’s three-night stint in New Orleans in October 2024.
According to the city’s WWL-TV, Louisiana’s Stadium and Exposition District recently approved the sale of the 7-foot-tall, 140-foot-long blowup bracelet to Firefly Entertainment Inc, Swift’s event management and personal services company.
The cost? Citing a purchase agreement, the television station reported Swift, 35, paid $13,000. Firefly Entertainment will also handle the transport to its final — and still undisclosed — destination.
“It’s so fitting that the final trade of the giant friendship bracelet was to Taylor — she’s the reason it exists,” the piece’s designers, Shawn and Jules Kolodny of Miami-based Kolossal Arts, told Us Weekly. “We love that it’s with her now.”

The massive bracelet — decorated with inflatable white beads spelling out “Taylor Swift The Eras Tour” — appeared at multiple tour stops, including New Orleans. It quickly became an oversize homage of a Swiftie tradition that took on a whole life of its own during the 149-show Eras Tour. Fans, drawing inspiration from the lyrics of the iconic singer’s 2022 hit “You’re on Your Own, Kid” (“So make the friendship bracelets, take the moment and taste it”), exchanged homemade bracelets with each other during the concerts.
Swift gave the tradition her stamp of approval during her stop in the Big Easy. “You’ve created traditions. You’ve created this mass movement of joy every time we play a show,” she told the crowd. “And it makes me so proud, it really does.”
She added, “I just showed up one day and you guys were trading friendship bracelets and I was like, ‘That’s cool,’ and now there is a giant friendship bracelet on the outside of this stadium, which is so nice of them to do for us, but it’s even nicer of you guys to create things that went so far beyond what I ever expected for this tour.”
