The plugins are available to download for free in AU and VST3 formats for macOS and Windows.
However, if you find the bundle useful and want to show your support for the developer, you can make a donation.
If you skim the bundle, you’ll immediately see that the plugins all share one thing in common: a bold, retro GUI.
You can expect bright colors and quirky imagery from Monkwind DSP, including a wizard and a Death Star for the Star Wars fans.
We can pick a few plugins, starting with ArpegiateMe, a pitch shifter with an eight-step sequencer.
It’s a nice and easy way to create glitchy patterns, and the best thing is that you can switch between six saved patterns on the fly, making it useful for longer sequences.
CRUNCHer is a non-apologetic compressor with parallel saturation and dry/wet mix. CRUNCHer follows a typical trend for these plugins: a straightforward workflow and one quirkier feature. In this case, the quirkier feature is the Injector section, which emulates broken speakers, a great character effect, or a nice way to add impact to percussive hits.

DrumWizard is slightly different: it has six distinct drum processing modules. The Phatness Enhancer and Snare Enhancer, in particular, can go a long way toward punchier kicks and snappier snares with very little work.
GimmeSpace is a 32-band compressor with a sidechain input; it creates space in your mix when vocals don’t cut through well or when a particular track is lacking clarity.
There’s a real mixture of effects in this bundle, and some quirky features that add to the fun (and unexpected results).
You can add the entire bundle to your cart (free) or add individual plugins if you’d prefer to start with one.
Either way, there are thirteen plugins at no cost, thanks to Monkwind DSP!
