Reason 13 is the latest version of the popular DAW from Reason Studios, and it’s available with a massive 60% discount for a limited time.
The special offer at AudioDeluxe ends on September 29, 2025. The discount reduces Reason 13 from $499 to $199, which is pretty epic.
I can see that there’s also a discount if you buy directly from Reason Studios. However, if you add the promo code FALL10 to your AudioDeluxe cart before checking out, you’ll get an additional 10% off the sale price of $199.
Your final price at AudioDeluxe is $179.10. Also, you get a free bonus plugin with any purchase at AudioDeluxe this month.
While on the topic of limited-time offers, don’t forget to check out the BPB exclusive 87% discount on UnitedPlugins FireCharger, while you still can (the offer ends on October 1, 2025).
Reason 13 comes with a host of upgrades and improvements, starting with a brand new browser. The browser organizes patches, samples, and loops by category, and a new tagging system enables Reason to provide accurate suggestions based on your input. You can also add tags to create custom categories.
The browser isn’t the only workflow improvement; Reason 13 comes with a complete interface update, making it easier to navigate than ever.
Another significant update is the new Edit Area and improved layout in the upgraded Sequencer section.
There are over 1000 new patches, samples, REX loops, demo songs, and templates.
One of the most exciting additions (in terms of sound) is the addition of the Polytone Dual-Layer synth. Polytone allows you to stack or morph between two layers; the A/B layer system is one of my favorite features about Arturia’s PolyBrute 12 (Venus Theory utilizes it in his auras:veils library).
There’s a lot more to explore in Reason 13, including the Riplay Space Delay and improvements to the much-loved Rack concept.

I’ve never been a Reason user, but I know people who love it, and I’ve stood at trade shows watching demos, thinking, ‘ This looks great; I love the Rack. ‘ But, when it comes to operating systems and DAWs, I’m still too scared or lazy to make big changes.
So, Reason users, please feel free to share why you love it in the comments, and let others know why they should invest in Reason 13.
