GloRilla is out on bond after being arrested in Georgia on possession charges. Per police, the charges stem from a search conducted in connection with a burglary targeting a home owned by the Glorious artist.
As first reported by TMZ Thursday morning, Glo was booked on Tuesday, with records cited by the outlet showing she was accused of possession of a scheduled controlled substance and possession of marijuana over one ounce. That same day, she was released on bond.
When reached for comment by Complex on Thursday, a spokesperson for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the possession charges. In an email, the rep said that Glo, born Gloria Woods, had “voluntarily turned herself in” on the charges on July 22. Later that day, she was released on $22,260 bond.
The statement shared with Complex said that deputies first responded to “a report of a burglary in progress” on July 20 at a residence owned by Glo, who was not home at the time.

“It was reported that three suspects had entered the home and were in the process of stealing items when an armed occupant fired at the intruders,” a Forsyth County rep said Thursday. “The suspects fled the scene, and it does not appear that any of them were struck. No injuries were reported among the home’s occupants. Despite an extensive search involving uniform patrol, K-9 teams, and the FCSO Drone Unit, the suspects were not located.”
Complex has also reached out to reps for Glo for comment.
