Though “Come to Coulda Been” barely cracks a minute and a half, Druski and Lil Yachty no doubt manage to pack a lot into the just-released track.
The song, produced by BNYX, opens with Yachty summarizing what’s at stake in the new season of Druski’s Coulda Been House (“$50,000 on the line”) before cautioning against falling into a trap so few seem to dodge, i.e., finding yourself squarely in “coulda did” territory by letting an opportunity pass you by.
What Druski brings to the track will likely be familiar to fans, playful Opium impressions and all.
“Come to Coulda Been” is available now on Apple Music, Spotify, and elsewhere. The song serves as the theme for Coulda Been House’s second season, debuting July 17 at 9:00 p.m. ET on Druski’s YouTube.
“We’re taking Coulda Been House to the next level,” Druski, recently announced as the host of the golf-focused Truth or Putt, said in a statement shared with Complex. “We have a bigger house, wilder artists, nd new special guests. This season is definitely going to be extreme, but the competition and pressure will be all worth it for the winner to sign with Coulda Been Records and cash that $50,000 check thanks to Raising Cane’s.”
Yachty is set for a special guest appearance this season, as are Ray J and Chocolate Droppa, among others. For those not familiar, Chocolate Droppa is the rap alter ego of comedian Kevin Hart. Earlier this year, Hart, as Droppa, performed on NPR’s revered Tiny Desk series on a very fitting date.
Druski’s on a hell of a run at the moment. Just last week, he made multiple appearances on Justin Bieber’s surprise-dropped new album SWAG, including the “Therapy Session” skit.
ComplexCon returns to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, with over 300 brands and live performances by Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, Ken Carson, and more. Get your tickets now.
