Drake was chased by Pinocchio through the streets of Manchester in his latest Iceman live theater stream.
Drizzy’s Thursday night installment not only premiered his Central Cee–assisted track “Which One?,” it also introduced a new character in the world of the Canadian star’s Iceman series.
Midway through his “ICEMAN EPISODE TWO” stream, the Pinocchio character could be seen stalking Drake through the streets of Manchester before eventually launching into a full-on chase of the Toronto star.
Now, what could this mean? Obviously, only the Canadian mastermind himself knows, but one might link it to the theme of betrayal by former friends, which he’s been alluding to in his latest single, “What Did I Miss?” The song has since debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Fans picked up on lyrics that appeared to reference Kendrick Lamar and his Juneteenth 2024 “Pop Out” concert—held just a month after their rap feud. Notably, some of Drake’s longtime friends, including DeMar DeRozan and LeBron James, were in attendance.
Drake teased his upcoming album Iceman during a recent tour stop in Birmingham, telling fans there’s “a lot to talk about.” In a fan-captured clip earlier this week, he said he’s in album mode and hinted the project will address some personal matters.
