Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged “drug mule” Brendan Paul, who was arrested last year around the time Diddy’s Miami and Los Angeles homes were raided, testified that he used to acquire erectile dysfunction medication for him.
Paul took the stand on Friday, June 20, to testify during Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial about his relationship with the Bad Boy Records founder. He has been accused of serving as a “drug mule” to Diddy, helping him acquire and distribute drugs and guns. One of Diddy’s alleged victims, who has only been identified as a Jane Doe, previously said in the trial that Paul was one of the head Bad Boy assistants. Among the drugs Paul testified that he acquired for Diddy included Cialis, an oral medication that treats erectile dysfunction.

Paul said that he procured drugs for Diddy, who admitted he has “complicated” feelings about now, “less than 10, [but] more than five” times. Other substances he said he acquired for Diddy included weed, specifically King Louie and Sunset Sherbert strains. He said that he personally witnessed Diddy using various drugs, including ketamine, ecstasy, weed, and tuci.
When Paul was arrested in March 2024, Miami-Dade police claimed that Paul “had the contraband inside of his personal travel bags, which he claimed prior to being searched.” He was arrested on cocaine and weed-related charges at Miami-Opa Locka Airport. The charges against him were dismissed following a pretrial diversion program.
