Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a man at a 2021 Los Angeles party in one of three new lawsuits filed this week.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh legal trouble after being hit with yet another lawsuit.
A man named Brandon Adams filed a lawsuit accusing the embattled Hip-Hop mogul of sodomizing him at a 2021 house party in Los Angeles after allegedly hearing the phrase, “You’re about to get that Diddy love.”
The complaint, filed earlier this week, claims Adams met a driver at a gas station who invited him to a party at a private residence. Upon arrival, Adams says he was instructed to leave his phone in the vehicle.
According to the lawsuit, after consuming drinks that left him disoriented, Adams says he stumbled into an empty bedroom, passed out and later awoke to someone unbuckling his pants.
When he asked what was happening, he claims he heard a voice he believes was Diddy say, “You’re about to get that Diddy love.”
The alleged assault adds to a mounting list of legal battles for Combs, who is already the subject of a federal sex trafficking and racketeering case in Manhattan, alongside more than 30 civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct.
Combs has consistently denied all allegations. His legal team issued a statement saying, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
The suits were filed shortly before prosecutors began delivering their closing arguments in Diddy’s federal trial.
Diddy Hit With Two New Additional Lawsuits This Week, One Involving Son Justin Combs
Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing Adams, said this lawsuit is one of three he filed this week involving alleged abuse tied to Combs.
One of the other cases involves another man who claims he was also invited to a Diddy-hosted event in Los Angeles and was “allegedly drugged and assaulted while there.”
The third lawsuit was filed by a 25-year-old woman who accuses both Diddy and his son Justin Combs of gang rape.
Buzbee said the claims in these lawsuits mirror those presented in the federal RICO case against Combs.
“As we have watched, we have learned a great deal that confirms what we believe to be a pattern of behavior and, given the testimony and other evidence we have seen, remain extremely confident in our efforts in the civil courts,” Buzbee said.
