From the deep creak of frozen lakes to the silence of snow-covered tundra, with the distant calls of foxes, wolves, and ravens, European Winter delivers geographic specificity and Atmos-ready fidelity. All recordings were captured in the field using Schoeps ORTF-3D arrays, ensuring spatial accuracy and immersive depth. Both 3D Surround and dedicated stereo versions are included, with no fold-downs and no synthetic enhancement.
The library focuses on rare and hard-to-capture details often absent from conventional winter collections, such as:
