R&B singer Jaheim has been booked on animal cruelty charges for a second time.On May 1, the “Put That Woman First” artist, born Jaheim Hoagland, was reportedly arrested for the endangering of his six dogs in Atlanta. Jaheim, who was charged with six counts of animal cruelty, is accused of not providing his dogs with adequate water, leaving them in unsanitary conditions and having insufficient ventilation. Among the dog breeds the singer housed were four pitbull terriers, a French bulldog and a hound mix-breed.
