This one is pretty straightforward. The Black Friday Bundle normally costs over two hundred bucks, and there are no hidden tricks beyond adding it to your cart and checking out. If you want to bulk up your Kontakt arsenal this Black Friday or just add some new textures to your sample folder, this is an easy win.
The bundle covers a wide range of sounds. You get vintage drum machine content, cinematic atmospheres, modern synth patches, vocal textures, percussion swells, and more.
Nothing here feels too niche, though. You can drop most of these into electronic, ambient, cinematic, or hybrid scoring sessions, and they should blend quite well.
Vintage Machines is probably the most useful part of the bundle for me. It comes with thousands of one-shots pulled from classic drum machines, plus some processing options.
If you’re working on anything electronic, these are handy to have around, and layering them under softer drums helps fill out the transients without eating too much space.
Moonscapes goes the opposite direction, leaning into evolving pads and atmospheric soundbeds. This one is designed for Kontakt (not compatible with the free Kontakt Player, though) and feels ready for ambient tracks, intros, and scoring cues that need slow movement rather than upfront impact. If you like long, drifting textures, it’s a good fit.
Power Move packs a bunch of synthwave-style leads, basses, and arps. It has a built-in arpeggiator and a clear 80s flavor, so if you’re after something synth and retro-inspired, this one does the job.
The bundle also includes two dual-format entries (Cyber and Legendary), which come as both Kontakt libraries and WAV files. Cyber gives you dark cinematic elements with glitchy sequences, while Legendary leans more toward epic material with some nice rhythmic elements.
I like having the WAVs available; sometimes I just prefer dragging a sound straight into my DAW without loading another Kontakt instance.
Cymbal Rolls is a simple but surprisingly practical pack. Good cymbal swells save time during transitions, and this set includes multiple lengths and mallet types.
Vox Arcanum rounds out the bundle with esoteric vocal textures and choral pads. It’s great for ambient or cinematic hybrid tracks that need a vocal layer without sounding like a traditional choir.
