Ray J thinks Diddy will walk free—and he’s so confident about it that he told the whole internet. The musician spoke about the Bad Boy mogul’s situation while on Sneako’s livestream on Monday (April 21).
“Puffy ‘bout to get out too, on the dead homies, n***a,” Ray J said.
“Puffy getting out. All that shit they’re trying to charge that n***a for is nonsense, bro. He did something bad that we all seen and that shit’s unacceptable, but that’s not what the charges are for. The charges are weak, and it’s not funny and it’s not okay.”
Ray J has been publicly speaking on Diddy’s charges for some time now. Last December, he claimed that the disgraced hip-hop mogul’s sexual assault and trafficking case is a “conspiracy.”
“Listen, I’ve been to a lot of Diddy parties, and ain’t none of them had no dirty shit happening at them,” Ray J alleged on 20 Versus. “All this happening with Diddy is a conspiracy y’all.”

Weeks before, in November, Ray J said in TMZ’s TUBI documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs, that high-profile celebrities are “paying victims to keep their name out of it.”
But he’s had other takes as well. Last summer, Ray J said Diddy deserves a “public whipping” for his crimes and called the assault on Cassie “demonic.”
Those comments made their way to Diddy’s sons, who got into an altercation with Ray J in October that Chris Brown broke up.
Diddy has been charged with two counts of sex trafficking, two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and one count of racketeering in New York. His trial is set to begin on May 5.
