GameSoundCon, the largest professional conference for video game music and sound design, returns this fall for both in-person and online attendees. The event will take place at the Marriott Burbank Convention Center in Burbank, CA, on October 28–29.
Following a record-breaking year in 2024 with over 1,100 attendees, organizers are optimistic about surpassing that milestone in 2025. With an unprecedented number of speaker submissions already in, expectations are high. Speakers this year include industry leaders such as GRAMMY nominee Wilbert Roget II, Mason Lieberman, GRAMMY nominee Austin Wintory, Akash Thakkar, Peter McConnell, Nadia Wheaton, GRAMMY winner Gordy Haab, and Katherine Tole.
This year, the conference will feature an impressive lineup of 100 speakers, covering topics like:
