Techivation has announced the release of an innovative harmonic enhancement plugin designed to add controlled brightness and presence to any mix or master without harshness or distortion.
M-Exciter offers a natural musical extension of your audio, going beyond what is possible with simple saturation or EQ.
M-Exciter works by generating new overtones for the fundamental tones in your input audio. While the new harmonic content is based on the full range of your audio, you can precisely target the frequency range where the harmonics are added.
The new harmonics are spectrally blended in with perfect phase preservation, ensuring that your transients retain their original punch and impact. And the spectral suppression technology, pioneered in M-Clarity and M-De-Esser, prevents the added high-frequency energy from becoming harsh or overbearing.
